Welcome to CLUB DARQ (and CLUB LYTE, our light, lit sister). These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who books a class, buys a membership, or joins a workout with us. By signing up, you agree to the following terms. They’re here to keep things clear, safe and fair for everyone.

These Terms apply to both CLUB DARQ and CLUB LYTE as part of Club DarQ B.V.
Member: anyone who books a class, has a membership or purchases credits
Class: any group or individual session, including RIDES, strength classes, LYTE Reformer Pilates, special classes, workshops and events
Studio: any physical location operated by CLUB DARQ or CLUB LYTE
Credit: a single-use booking unit, valid for one class
Membership: a recurring 4-week subscription with limited or unlimited class access
Unlimited: max two classes per day, every day, no cap
TrainIn: the official app and booking system
- Memberships renew every 4 weeks. First payment is processed immediately. Following terms are billed 1 week in advance
-Memberships cannot be paused or canceled mid-term
-Canceling? Notify us at least 4 weeks before your next billing date
-Classes must be booked through the CLUB DARQ and CLUB LYTE app, the TrainIn app or our website
-You can cancel your spot up to 12 hours before class. Missed that window? One credit is deducted and will not be refunded
Unlimited member? We love that, but let’s keep it fair.

Three late cancellations (within 12 hours) within a 3-month period result in a €10 fee.
• Unlimited LYTE & Unlimited Combination
Three late cancellations (within 12 hours) within a 3-month period result in a €20 fee.
No-shows
Misseda class without canceling? You ghosted us. A no-show fee applies:
• Unlimited DARQ: €10,-
• Unlimited LYTE & Unlimited Combi: €20,-
Unlimited means freedom, not invisibility.
Please cancel on time so someone else can take your spot.
Waitlist 101: Waitlist spots are confirmed automatically up to 60 minutes before class. If you’re in, you’re in. You’ll receive an email to confirm and a notification in your app (if you have turned them on).If you can’t make it anymore, make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist. The cancellation policy still applies if you’re added and cancel within 12 hours or don’t show up.
- Credits are valid only for the period shown in your TrainIn account
- Unused credits after expiry? They disappear like bad energy
- Need extra time? We only extend credits in case of medical reasons such as injury, illness or pregnancy. A doctor’s note may be require
- One credit equals one class
DARQ credits can be used for all CLUB DARQ concepts
LYTE credits can be used for all CLUB LYTE concepts
These may have separate pricing and cancellation terms. We’ll always inform you clearly before you commit
- All pricing is available on our website and in the app. Prices may change. If they do during your membership, we’ll give you at least 4 weeks’ notice
- You can pay via iDEAL, credit card or SEPA direct debit
- No refunds for missed classes unless legally required (see withdrawal)
- Special deals and referral campaigns have their own rules. Check the details when they launch.
Changed your mind? You can cancel your membership within 14 days of signing up. No questions asked. If you’ve already used our services, you will be charged for the classes used
Footwear:
CLUB DARQ requires clean indoor workout shoes. For cycling classes, you may bring your own SPD shoes or borrow ours. Please note that availability and sizing cannot be guaranteed, so always bring clean workout shoes as a backup.
CLUB LYTE requires grip socks for all classes.
Towels: Use of a towel during your workout is required. Towels are provided by the studio.
Studio etiquette: No smoking, no pets, and no children under 16 unless supervised.
Respect the vibe: We expect respectful behavior at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Punctuality: Late entry is not permitted. Once the class has started, we cannot let you in. No exceptions. We want to protect the experience for everyone, just as you wouldn't want your class disrupted by a late arrival.
- You train at your own risk. Let us know about injuries, health concerns or anything we should be aware of. Your safety matters
- CLUB DARQ is not liable for injury, loss or damage unless due to proven negligence
- Members are responsible for any damage they cause in the studio

All website, app and studio content is owned by CLUB DARQ B.V. No copying, reposting or remixing without written permission
- Dutch law applies to all our agreements
- Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Breda
- If any part of these terms is invalidated, the rest remains valid. We’ll adjust the invalid part in line with the original intention
