Where can I find CLUB DARQ?

Markendaalseweg 54, Breda. Right in the city center, overlooking the Nieuwe Mark. Easy to reach, hard to leave.

How do I get to the studio?

Bike, walk, or park; your choice. Bike parking's right next door. Bus? Stop at “Breda Centrum.” Drive? Q‑Park Centrum is downstairs. Street spots are cheaper, but go early to score them.

When does the studio open?

We open 20 minutes before the fi rst class and close 20 minutes after the last one.

What if I'm running late?

Once class starts, the doors lock. Check‑in closes 5 minutes early. For safety, focus, and respect for the crew. Do your best to arrive on time.

Can I hang out before or after class?

We love that you want to stay. You’re welcome to take a moment to cool down, shower, or chill for a bit. CLUB DARQ is a space to connect with others, or simply train hard and be on your way. Both are more than okay. We’re holding space for everyone here.

What classes do you offer?

We offer 3 signature concepts: DARQ RIDE (beat-based cycling), DARQ STRENGTH (functional full-body strength training), and DARQ BOOTY (glute-focused strength training). All are set to music and crafted to make you feel strong, empowered, and connected. Find more detailed info on our workout page.

How long are the classes?

All classes are 50 minutes. Enough to go deep, but still fit your day.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our instructors guide every level, and you can always go at your own pace. No experience required, just bring your energy.

Can I do classes if I’m pregnant?

Yes, with some modifi cations. We recommend STRENGTH and BOOTY for expectant moms. RIDE can feel great up to the third trimester, though many moms-to-be choose to pause around week 24 to 26. Always check in with your doctor first, and let your trainer know before class so they can guide you safely. Most importantly: listen to your body. You know it best.

Can I do multiple classes in one day?

Sure. Just listen to your body and don’t overdo it. Recovery is part of training.

What do I need to bring?

We’ve got you covered with towels and all the gear. Just bring clean indoor training shoes for STRENGTH and BOOTY. For RIDE, we have clip-in shoes waiting for you, or you can wear your own clean trainers and strap in. And don’t forget your water bottle; hydration is key.

How do I book a class?

Booking is easy. If it’s your fi rst time, head to our schedule, click the class you want, and select the product or membership that suits you best. You’ll be prompted to create an account to complete your booking. After that, it gets even easier. Download our app, log in, and book, cancel, or view your upcoming classes in just a few taps.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. Your account stores your credits and allows you to book and manage your classes. It only takes a minute to set up.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel through the website by logging in. Or, even better, via the app. Just make sure to cancel on time. You’ll find all the details of our cancellation policy under FAQ ‘Credits & Memberships’.

How far in advance can I book classes?

You can book up to two weeks in advance.

How many classes can I take per day?

You’re welcome to book as many classes as you’d like in a day. We just ask one thing: only book the classes you truly plan to join. Holding spots just to decide later takes away the opportunity from someone else, and that’s not the vibe. We’re all about showing up for yourself and the community.

What if I accidentally booked the wrong class?

Be mindful when booking within the cancellation window. If you cancel too late, even if the booking was just made minutes before, the system will still deduct your credit. If it was truly accidental, just send us a WhatsApp at +31 6 34 64 06 84 and we’ll fix it for you.

I booked a class but can’t make it.
Can I take the next class instead?

Yes, if you have a valid reason that you missed class, you can. If the class right after still has open spots, just drop by the club and explain the situation to our team. If there’s room, we’ll happily let you jump in, free of charge.

How long are credits valid for?

- Single credit or First Timer Pack: 1 month
- 5 credits: 3 months
- 10 credits: 5 months
- 20 credits: 6 months
Credits cannot be extended unless you have one of the following reasons: long-term illness, injury, or pregnancy.

Can I give my credits to someone else?

No. Credits are personal and cannot be transferred.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer flexible options, from once-a-week access to unlimited memberships. Visit our pricing page for all the details.

What happens if I miss a payment
for my membership?

Memberships are billed automatically. Your first payment is completed upon signing up. After that, payments are deducted one week before your new period starts. If the payment fails due to insufficient funds, you’ll receive a payment link. If it’s not paid within 3 days, your account will be temporarily blocked until the payment is complete.

Can I cancel a class I booked?

Yes, easily through our website or app.

What is your cancellation policy?

Need to cancel? No problem, just do it at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit.

Running late or can’t make it? We get it, life happens. But if you cancel too close or miss your class, the credit is gone. It’s how we keep things fair for everyone.

Unlimited members:
3 late cancels = €10 fine
1  no-show = €10 fine right away

We’re all about flexibility, but also about showing up; for yourself and the community. Book what you’ll commit to, and we’ll keep the energy flowing.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

You can cancel at the end of your contract period.
If you want to end it earlier, you’ll need a valid reason such as illness, pregnancy, or injury. We’ll always try to find a fair solution.

Cancellations must be done 4 weeks prior to the start of your next period. Please note that cancellations via WhatsApp are not accepted.

Can I pause my membership?

Only in cases of long-term illness, injury, or pregnancy. We may ask for a medical note to confirm your situation.

Where can I get the app?

We have our very own CLUB DARQ app, available in the App Store and on Google Play. Just search “CLUB DARQ,” download, and you’re ready to ride.

How do I log in?

Use the same account you created during your first booking on the website. The app connects everything for you: smooth, synced, and ready to go.

What can I use the app for?

- Checking the schedule
- Booking and cancelling classes
- Viewing upcoming sessions
- Getting push notifi cations for reminders and updates
- Buying credits or memberships
- Reading the latest CLUB DARQ news
- Tracking your class history and credits

Pro tip: Turn on notifications so you never miss a beat. You’ll get reminders for your upcoming sessions and get instantly notified when you move from waitlist to class. Always in the know, always on time.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel confident and ready to move. Indoor gym shoes are required. For DARQ RIDE classes, you can wear SPD cycling shoes or regular gym shoes. Want to try SPD shoes first? We have pairs you can borrow. We recommend going one size up in cycle shoes.

What should I bring?

Just bring your water bottle to stay hydrated. That’s it.

We’ll take care of the rest:
- Fresh towels for during your workout
- High-end cosmetic products
- Hair dryers, straighteners, and curlers

No need to haul around a heavy gym bag. We keep it simple, so your workout fits seamlessly into your day. Planning to shower after class? Please bring your own towel for that part. Our laundry machines will thank you.

Are there lockers at the club?

Yes. You can safely store your belongings during your workout.

Can I take a shower after class?

Yes, absolutely. Just bring your own towel. No need to pack shampoo or body wash. We’ve got you covered with premium products from Marie-Stella-Maris. A little post-sweat luxury, the DARQ way.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving around 15 minutes before class starts. That gives you time to check in, store your stuff, and settle in. Check-in closes 5 minutes before class. Especially if this is your first time: please come early so we can show you around and help you get set up.

What happens when I arrive?

Come say hi at the front desk and check in. You can check in with the QR code in your app. If it’s your first time, just let us know and we’ll guide you from there.

Can I bring my phone with me in class?

No phones in the studio please. Leave them safely in your locker. Smartwatches are allowed, but they must be set to theater mode or do-not-disturb so they stay dark during class.

Our studios are intentionally dark to help everyone tune in, zone out, and fully experience the moment. Bright screens can be distracting, so let’s keep the vibe strong and the space respectful for everyone in our DARQ crew.
