We keep it simple. When you create an account, book a class, or make a payment, we may collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birthHome address
- Bank account number (for payments only)
In the future, we might ask for some extra feedback via surveys to help us make CLUB DARQ & CLUB LYTE even better. When we do, we’ll tell you exactly what we collect and why.
We only use your info to:
- Set up and manage your account
- Handle class bookings and payments
- Send you updates, reminders, or the occasional feel-good email
- Improve our services based on how you use our site
- Deliver personalized ads and content that match your vibe
We don’t sell your data. Period.
We store your data for as long as you’re vibing with us. Once your account has been inactive for 2 years, we delete it (and all personal data with it). Some data, like invoices, we keep for up to 7 years (because taxes).

- Mollie: to process your payments
- Google Analytics: to learn how our site is used
- Facebook Pixel: for marketing & retargeting
- YouTube embeds: to serve you video content
- Email tool (like Mailchimp or similar): for newsletters and updates
These tools only get access to your data when necessary. They’re contractually bound to handle it with care.
You’re in control. Here’s what you can ask us to do anytime:
- Show you what data we have on you
- Fix incorrect info
- Delete your data (unless we legally have to keep it)
- Limit how we use it
- Send it to someone else (data portability)
- Stop using it for marketing
- File a complaint (with us or the Dutch data authority)
